Clare is passionate about co-creating positive transformation in partnership with people, organisations & beyond… Her work spans culture transformation, systemic team, executive & board coaching, EDI, brand ‘ignition’, bespoke leadership development, 360 psychometrics, instructional design & experiential contextually based blended learning, performance management, & research. Clare is also an author of 5 books most recently being ‘Creative Reflective Practice’, has numerous book chapters & 100s of articles including contributions for referred journals, Routledge & Forbes. Clare is Lead for Outreach & Research for Association of Coaching SUPERvisors (AOCS) and she recently received an EMCC award for Team Coaching. Clients include LEGO, Citi, NGOs, Henley Business School, Saudi Aramco, Qatar International Court.

Louie is passionately involved in liberating human potential, drawing upon the natural processing dynamics of ‘Presence in Action’ and ‘Symmathesic Agency’ which pulse at the heart of all she does with individuals, groups and organisations.
These accessible approaches for catalysing personal and systemic change tap into diverse modes of exploration and expression that leverage all that makes us human. Deploying a fusion of poetic, visual, kinaesthetic, intellectual and performative modalities, Louie tickles out authentic human exchange, invoking those who engage to surface their personal and collective brilliance.
Louie’s work is grounded in her doctorate which epitomises the integration of deep personal and collective inquiry; emergent symmathesic professional practice; coherent philosophical and theoretical foundations, and a pioneering approach to academic research.
Her past roles include CEO, Board Trustee, Head of Corporate Performance & Development; visiting lecturer to undergraduate and post-graduate degrees.
She has contributed articles to both academic and practice-based journals e.g. Human Arenas, Cybernetics and Human Knowing, e-O&P Journal, Coaching Today, the3rdi magazine, and Book Chapters in Coaching Supervision Groups: Resourcing Practitioners (2021); Coaching Supervision: Advancing Practice, Changing Landscapes (2019); and The Collaboratory (2015); poetry anthology Attending, Responding, Becoming: An anthology of surprises beyond intention or design (2021) see Louie’s website.

Gillian is a coach, supervisor, mentor, and author accredited at master practitioner level by the ICF and EMCC. She is accredited as a supervisor by the EMCC, EASC, and CSA. She founded Inside-Out Coaching and Brave Voice Books. Her expertise lies in combining creative and transformational tools with reflective practice to encourage personal and professional growth. Gillian’s work integrates her belief in the power of metaphor and storytelling, especially in supervision. Her first book, ‘Choir of Brave Voices’, encourages readers to develop their reflective practice and explore different perspectives to deepen their emotional, mental, and physical resourcefulness. these spaces for peer creative reflection bring an infinite mirror hall to each individual case reflection.

Jo Birch has over 30 years’ experience as a psychotherapist and executive coach. An accredited supervisor, she remains an active contributor to the counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, and supervision communities — formerly Chair of BACP Coaching and board member of AoCS and EASC.
Currently the holder of the EMCC Global Supervision Award, Jo’s work is recognised for her long-standing professional contribution and leadership in supervision practice. As Director of Crucial Difference, she leads an international team providing supervision training for coaches and supporting leadership development across the helping professions and beyond.
A regular journal contributor, Jo is editor of Coaching Supervision Groups: Resourcing Practitioners (2022) and co-editor Coaching Supervision: Advancing Practice, Changing Landscapes (2019) in the EMCC Mastery Series, and previously series editor of Thinking Global for Coaching Today.
Jo is committed to creating a more just and inclusive world. Having lived and worked in diverse inner city environments, she integrates multicultural learning into her work, delivering training in multiple languages (including English, Russian, and Chinese) and expanding her own cultural understanding through the study of Urdu and Spanish.

Shirley has extensive cross-cultural experience as a coach, mentor, and supervisor. Her background in global human resources gives her a unique perspective on leadership development. Shirley has developed expertise in using creative tools and art-based approaches to explore difficult dynamics when language falls short. Her work with imagery and embodied approaches, honed over 30 years, provides clients with a new way of thinking and processing their experiences, applicable both in-person and virtually.
