Certainly. You can cancel your membership at any time by accessing your Account within the CPD library while logged in. Upon cancellation, your subsequent monthly or annual payments will cease. Should you decide to reinstate your membership at a later time, you may do so without difficulty.
Indeed, a Continued Professional Development Certificate will be issued and stored within your account upon the completion of any learning within the library. These certificates are readily accessible for printing should you require them for reference purposes.

Yes, our live events require a self-select fee for access, allowing us to facilitate the live event and provide support to the presenter delivering real-time content. However, as a library member, you will have unlimited access to rewatch the learning at your convenience, even if you attended the event live.
Yes, we record all our live events for your convenience. These recordings are typically uploaded to the CPD library within a week of the live event. You have the option to purchase the live event recording as a one-off purchase. Alternatively, if you subscribe to Onlinevents CPD Library, you will automatically gain access to all live event recordings as soon as they are uploaded.
