Kind Marketing Ideas for Therapists and Coaches Part 2

Date and time

June 7 @ 10:00 - 12:00

About this event

Kind Marketing Ideas for Therapists and Coaches Part 2 Workshop with Dr Francesca Bernardi

This session is the second of a two part workshop: the first highlighted the potential and values of your work, the second (this session) is an offering of practical guidance and time to plan your pitch and marketing materials, with gentle support.

Please bring any notes from session 1 with you, it is also essential you have PowerPoint installed on your device, *alternatively* you may sketch the steps on a notepad and work through each one at your leisure.

This is a guided step-by-step practical session, it will be paced in a manner that suits your capabilities and we will work cohesively as a group but also individually as you refine your marketing tools to reflect your offer.

Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event

  • Make a visual bio-note to present your therapeutic expertise in a welcoming and accessible format.
  • Set out the design and content of a flyer to present your offer in a succinct and accessible way, adaptable for community-centred work.
  • Practise gentle marketing techniques to revive your offer and enhance its reach.

Who is This Workshop Appropriate For?

  • Self-employed counsellors, coaches, therapists, keen to explore easy yet effective possibilities to make their work visible and impactful. This workshop engages joyful productivity and may be especially of value if you are uncertain about the ways this can be achieved successfully with tools you already use (i.e. email) and away from social media platforms.

How May This Workshop Impact Your Practice?

  • Small changes to the ways you communicate with potential and existing clients and peers can ensure your work, worth and values are critically impactful. Email communication and other online tools present not only your therapeutic offer, but importantly your values, care, attention to detail and professionalism. These ‘tried and tested’ tools will prove effective in generative ways.
