Steve counts himself as extremely fortunate to get up each day and do what he loves doing – helping people draw the best out of themselves and those they work with/teach/live with/lead/support. This sees him coaching, training and providing consultancy to organisations and individuals, with a particular focus on anywhere adults and children/young people come together and need to figure how out how to get the best out of their time together. Thus his natural habitat tends to be schools, residential settings and parent groups.

Having stumbled across transactional analysis over 15yrs ago, he has since journeyed a path, developing his understanding of it, blending it with other approaches including solution focused thinking and clean coaching.

As well as working directly through his own company, Beyond Behaviour (Toward Relationship), Steve also works as an associate for Integrity Coaching, AC Education (focusing on trauma and attachment) and as a tutor for a number of organisations including the National Education Union and the Institute of Education.
