Sharon has been a qualified counsellor for 20 years and is dedicated to upholding the quality and integrity of the therapy professions. She is also the proprietor of ‘The Listening Centre’ which was established in 2002 in response to the need for local organisations to access first-class welfare support solutions. We have grown to a dedicated team of 25 Affiliate Counsellors covering the entire Central UK Region. Our services include talking therapy, mediation, trauma support and tailor made training. In 2017 Sharon also founded ‘Adept Central’, a CPCAB Accredited counselling training centre in Lichfield Staffordshire and now enjoys teaching the next generation of therapists. Sharon is passionate about many things but the top three are supporting the movement ‘Drop the Disorder’, being a School Service volunteer for the NSPCC and attending the National Memorial Arboretum to signpost serving and veteran members of the Armed Forces to access help via the Royal British Legion.
