She has over 12 years of experience in coaching, assisting leaders, teams, and others to make the process of communication smooth and transparent; and more than 4 years she is accompanying coaches in their personal and professional growth.

As a Business trainer and facilitator, she creates customized training and coaching programs, for building efficient communication in teams, negotiations, stress- management and coaching skills at workplace.
