I am Person-Centred counsellor, supervisor and trainer living in and mainly working in Dumfries and Galloway. I gained my person centred diploma with PCT Britain in 1997 and supervision certificate with the same organisation in 2008.

I have a background in nursing and mental health and have worked in the NHS, Social work and voluntary sector settings. I now have a portfolio of work that encompasses private practice, offering counselling and supervision in Dumfries, delivering Diploma and supervision training with Persona and a variety of training to local and national organisations.

My variety of work brings me into contact with diverse and interesting people through which I grow and develop. To look after myself I have a good network of friends and colleagues, I swim and walk and I can get lost in art .
