Anjula is a consultant media broadcaster, Counselling therapist, relationship Psychologist, family dynamics expert, social scientist, mental health campaigner, author, journalist and columnist. An experienced senior counselling practitioner with thousands of clinical hours and a wealth of experience over 20 years in a diversity of settings in both the public and private sectors. She is the current host of the parenting series ‘Bringing up Britain’ on BBC radio4 and regularly contributes to a wide range of publications. She is the author of self-help books, including “How to Do Relationships”. She has presented a wide range of relationship shows on major television channels including a ground-breaking series for Channel 4 called SexTape.
