Anisha Pandya

Anisha Pandya PTSTA , is a Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Leadership Coach and Transformation Facilitator who works with a diverse and expansive range of people across various sectors both nationally and internationally including India, Singapore, USA and Poland.

She has a wide range of experience designing and delivering training in organisational settings and was as a lecturer of Psychology and in house therapist at Mithibai College, Mumbai. Anisha has also worked as a manager for the project “Self-empowerment of commercial sex workers” at Care India and has extensive experience coaching individuals and leaders from diverse and expansive cultural background globally.

Anisha integrates a range of different conceptual approaches including Transactional Analysis, Appreciative Inquiry, Nonviolent Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and cyclical stages of human development in her work.
