Sarah Dosanjh is a psychotherapist and author of the book I Can’t Stop Eating. After her own recovery from binge eating disorder she has gone on to specialise in helping others do the same. She offers individual and group therapy as well as courses and social media content. She has appeared on various media outlets such as BBC breakfast, Sky’s Roundtable and BBC Radio One, as well as amassing over 2 million views on YouTube.
