In this series we cover three Ps of self-sabotage: People Pleasing, Perfectionism and Procrastination. All are interconnected and share common roots so knowing how to tackle these head on can bring huge growth for clients.

Session 2 is on Perfectionism. One of the tricky things with ‘perfection’ is that it appears as an alluring and beneficial goal to work towards. Once achieved we will feel supremely satisfied, and be filled with self-confidence. However, it just doesn’t work like that! Attempting to reach perfection can come at a huge cost to the individual, leading to stress, anxiety, dissatisfaction and ultimately burnout. But, turn it into healthy high standards and it can work both for performance AND for the individual.
