In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the teachings of the Chinese Five Elements – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. This powerful framework is rooted in ancient Taoist philosophy and offers deep insights into personality, relationships, life transitions and achieving balance.

As a counsellor, therapist or coach, integrating the Five Elements into your practice can unlock new dimensions of understanding for your clients. You’ll learn how each element relates to specific traits, strengths, challenges and life phases. Discover techniques for helping clients cultivate the positive attributes of each element while navigating the obstacles associated with elements that are out of balance.

Gain a working knowledge of the Five Element archetypes and how to apply them in your sessions. This introduction will expand your toolkit and allow you to bring an enriching holistic perspective to your client’s work.

Emily Tuck

Emily is the co-founder of Visionary Coaching Centre. She believes all possibilities can be realised through embracing one’s authentic self. With 20 years of experience as a holistic practitioner, she expertly blends coaching with subconscious tools, bodywork, and vibrational techniques to treat the whole person. Emily works with individuals, couples, groups and companies committed to growth, knowing each person’s transformation has a ripple effect.

She holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma and EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation and is qualified in various holistic modalities including kinesiology, EFT, epigenetics, massage, and healing, helping clients unlock their potential by releasing limiting beliefs and patterns.
