Led by Dr. Kate Smith, a leader in the field of pluralistic practice this online workshop is designed to engage students and practitioners in adopting a pluralistic stance, and using pluralistic practice techniques to increase collaboration, knowledge sharing and client empowerment in therapy.

Starting with a short introduction to the philosophy and principles of pluralism in therapy, the workshop will walk attendees through reflective exercises and introduce some key activities for practice which will support understanding and (if desired) the adoption of a pluralistic stance. The group will also support attendees in recognising aspects of their work which are already pluralistic in nature.
