Having so much technology at our fingertips has brought us convenience, connection and some incredible innovation. However, there can be a cost to our wellbeing and mental health and for those of us who are neurodivergent, at times a higher price to pay for staying connected.

This short workshop explores some aspects of tech mediated modern life that can affect neurodivergent mental health and how therapists can recognise the signs that their clients’ (or indeed our own) tech use is becoming detrimental to their wellbeing.
