Further, to previous events here with Onlinevents, Kel returned for Eating Disorder Awareness Week 2017. The topic that year had been set as ‘early intervention’ – a very important area of discussion given the ever increasing prevalence and severity of these disorders. Early intervention lead to a higher chance of recovery and without the medical complications.

During this one hour session, Kel talked about early intervention; its importance; the latest research; and a round-up of any EDAW news. Kel was also more than willing to answer questions from the chat room.
