I am a Manhattan-based clinical psychologist and writer. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, relationships difficulties, alternative lifestyles, and sports psychology. I have authored two non-fiction books and co-authored two others. I have published many articles, both scholarly and mainstream, and I currently write for Lifetime Daily. Using my academic and clinical experience in psychology, I am now writing psychological fiction.
In addition to my clinical practice and writing, I am an avid runner and reader. I’m currently working on multiple writing projects.
