ONE-OFF LEARNING PURCHASE FAQs

I HAVE PURCHASED LEARNING BUT NOT SURE HOW TO ACCESS IT?

To access your purchased workshop, simply log into the Onlinevents CPD Library using the “Log in” link in the main menu. From there, navigate to your dashboard where you’ll find the workshop you’ve purchased. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support team at help@onlinevents.co.uk

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE LEARNING I HAVE PURCHASED?

You will enjoy unlimited access to the purchased learning content, allowing you to watch and revisit it at your convenience.

LOGIN & ACCOUNT TROUBLESHOOTING

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

Click on the “Log in” link in the main menu.
Then, click on the “Lost your password?” link.
An email will be sent to the address you registered with, containing a link to reset your password.

CAN I UPDATE MY NAME/PERSONAL DETAILS?

You can easily update your personal details by logging into the CPD Library and selecting “My Account” from your profile dropdown located at the top right corner of the library.

WHERE DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

You can conveniently update your payment information by logging into the CPD Library and accessing “My Account” from the profile dropdown menu located at the top right corner of the library. Once there, navigate to the payment tab to make the necessary updates.

WHERE CAN I SEE WHAT EVENTS YOU HAVE COMING UP LIVE?

I AM A LIBRARY MEMBER DO I STILL NEED TO PAY TO ATTEND THE LIVE EVENT?

Yes, our live events require a self-select fee for access, allowing us to facilitate the live event and provide support to the presenter delivering real-time content. However, as a library member, you will have unlimited access to rewatch the learning at your convenience, even if you attended the event live.

IF I MISS A LIVE EVENT, IS THERE A WAY TO WATCH IT LATER?

Yes, we record all our live events for your convenience. These recordings are typically uploaded to the CPD library within a week of the live event. You have the option to purchase the live event recording as a one-off purchase. Alternatively, if you subscribe to Onlinevents CPD Library, you will automatically gain access to all live event recordings as soon as they are uploaded.

WHERE CAN I JOIN YOUR MAILING LIST FOR EVENT UPDATES?

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?

You can easily manage your email subscription by utilising the unsubscribe button found in any email received from Onlinevents. Alternatively, you can contact us at help@onlinevents.co.uk if you require further assistance.

If you find that you have subscribed with multiple email addresses and wish to consolidate them, we’re more than happy to assist you in streamlining your records to ensure you only receive emails to your preferred email address.
