About this event

Working with Flashbacks and Night Terrors for Safe Trauma Recovery Workshop with Kate Williams

Flashbacks and night terrors are very common for those who have experienced trauma. They can debilitate a persons life keeping them in a constant state of fear, distress & dissociation as they are triggered throughout daily life.

Kate brings her years of training & experience of working with trauma together in this workshop to explore how practitioners can safely help a client to overcome flashbacks and night terrors.

In this workshop we’ll deep dive into what flashbacks and night terrors are and how they can show up in your client work. You’ll then be introduced to a wide variety of techniques to offer your clients to prevent them from being controlled by their past and to come into the present where they have more available energy to live the life they long for.
