About this event

Use of The Body In Supervision: Exploring Mode 6 of Seven-Eyed Model Workshop with Lorna Reid

This interactive two-hour workshop explores Mode 6 of the Seven-Eyed Model, focusing on using the body as a source of insight in supervision. Through live demonstration, breakout practice, and group discussion, we’ll explore how to notice and work with body sensations, feelings, and images as valuable data. You’ll learn how to bring internal experiences into the supervisory space to support deeper reflection and connection, and consider how this links to parallel process (Mode 5) and intervention choices (Mode 2). We’ll also discuss strategies for tuning into embodied awareness and explore any barriers or resistance to using this approach. Suitable for all levels of experience, this session offers a chance to expand your supervisory toolkit in a grounded, experiential way.
