In this workshop we will discuss the critical role of Emotional Intelligence in supporting our clients to create personal and professional transformation.

We will include key learnings from neuroscience concerning anxiety and stress, and practical tools to use with your clients.

Together, we’ll explore how these insights can support clients to reduce stress and anxiety, which can enhance their performance and well-being.

  • Discover and unpack the Anxiety Equation.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of how to shift clients from reactive patterns to thoughtful, authentic responses.

RECORDING 

This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

ZOOM 

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

Val Mullally

Val Mullally MA is an Accredited Coach, Accredited Supervisor, TEDx speaker, and Author. She offers 1:1 and Creative Group SuperVision. Val has led multiple webinars, which have included introducing her TRAKC© model—a practical tool for creating psychologically safe spaces that help clients to stay aligned with what matters, so that they can thrive in their work. She is currently writing her next book “The Heart of Listening: the transformative power of reflective supervision.”

Elizabeth Garry Brosnan holds an MA in Supervision and Diploma in Educational Leadership Coaching. She is an Accredited Supervisor.

She supports those in leadership roles to discover creative and effective ways of exploring and understanding the challenges and opportunities in their work. She supports clients to find greater clarity, wider choice, and freedom in creating a more enriched professional life.
