In a culture that has marginalized its indigenous origins, we are seeing the return of the ‘medicine man’ (and woman). Our September guest is one of these, experienced with plant medicine as a catalyst for the psychospiritual journey. His own journey serves as a model for recovering the meaning of our personal lives, as collectively rooted in ancestral wisdom. “In the West, you may feel successful if you are famous, rich, or good-looking. But aboriginal people do not feel completely successful until their relationships are in order, until their community is well.” – Arnold Mindell (The Shaman’s Body). Michael is dedicated to that wellness in his role seeding soul growth, serving spiritual awakening, and elevating the collective.

This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

Cedric M. Speyer
Cedric M. Speyer, M.A., M.Ed., RP, is an author, Registered Psychotherapist, and presently a mentor to coaches, counsellors, and therapists. He pioneered E-counselling in Canada, overseeing 100K online cases before establishing InnerView Guidance International (IGI). The vision of IGI brings together the historically separate domains of mental health and spiritual awareness in a new synthesis for the helping professions.
DeeAnna Merz Nagel
DeeAnna Merz Nagel, D.Th., LPC, LMHC, BCC, is a licensed psychotherapist and board-certified coach. DeeAnna teaches the ethical integration of alternative and psychospiritual approaches for coaches and therapists. She holds several certifications in the healing arts including Reiki and aromatherapy. DeeAnna’s doctoral studies focused on multifaith spiritual direction.
Michael Vandenberg
Michael is a way-shower, awakener, shaman, spiritual advisor, and program-interrupter. Through his diverse, challenging, and unimaginable life experiences, Michael has honed an extraordinary ability to navigate the complexities of the human spirit. His life is a testament to the power of resilience and the quest for understanding the deeper truths of our existence. His training includes multiple Vipassana Meditation courses, metaphysical studies, and immersive shamanic journeys to the Amazon jungle, working with the native Shamans.
