About this event

The Restorative Side of Supervision with Our Body Workshop with Anne Berthelin

In her model, Bridgid Proctor describes three aspects of the tasks and responsibilities of supervisor and supervisee : Normative, Formative and Restorative.

My intention is to put the emphasis on the restorative aspect of supervision, especially using our body.

I shall share my experience as well as a process I created to support my clients, both individually and in groups, over the past 4 years, allowing to restore a movement of life and resilience, using a mix of Leadership Embodiment, Narrative Practices and Gestalt. At a time when current events (pandemic, war, etc.) encourage distanced contacts and relationships, people are tired and exhausted, especially us as we are accompanying others. We need to cope with the environment and hold the complexity. A growing part of our job is restorative especially in this context.
