About this event

The Publishing Guide: Children’s Picture Books for Coaches, Therapists & Practitioners Workshop Series w/ Camilla Fellas Arnold & Emily Tuck

Are you a therapist, counsellor, coach, or professional practitioner with a powerful message to share? Unlock the potential of children’s picture books to extend your impact beyond the consulting room!

Following on from the success of crafting your nonfiction book workshop, we had a request to support those who work with children. This workshop is designed to guide you in understanding how to craft a children’s picture book ensuring that your message resonates with clarity and purpose, and is accessible for a young audience.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the technical aspects of creating a picture book – from length and product size to how to illustrate your book or collaborate with illustrators and create a cohesive narrative for a child to understand the concept you wish to share. This workshop will be beneficial regardless of whether you intend to self-publish, hybrid publish or traditionally publish your book.

Join us to explore the intersection of your professional insights and the magical world of children’s literature. Turn your knowledge into a lasting legacy that can comfort, teach, and inspire generations of young readers.

This workshop is part of a series designed to help practitioners write and publish their expertise as books led by Emily Tuck and Camilla Fellas Arnold, an executive coach, international bestselling author, poet and independent publisher with over a decade of experience in the creative, writing and book publishing industries.
