The Chinese Five Elements Series: Water Element Deep Dive Workshop with Emily Tuck

In this workshop, you’ll deepen your understanding of the Chinese Five Elements with a special focus on Water Element.

This powerful framework is rooted in ancient Taoist philosophy and offers deep insights into personality, relationships, life transitions and achieving balance.

As a counsellor, therapist or coach, integrating the Five Elements into your practice can unlock new dimensions of understanding for your clients. You’ll learn how each element relates to specific traits, strengths, challenges and life phases and times of year. Discover techniques for helping clients cultivate the positive attributes of the Water Element while navigating the obstacles associated with when the Water Element is out of balance in relation to life and to your clients reaching their goals.

Gain a working knowledge of the Water Element Attributes and how to apply them in your sessions. This introduction will expand your toolkit and allow you to bring an enriching holistic perspective to your client’s work.

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.
