This workshop has been created as a response to feedback for more workshops on the Chinese Five Elements. In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the teachings of the Chinese Element of Water. This powerful framework is rooted in ancient Taoist philosophy and offers deep insights into personality, relationships, life transitions and achieving balance.
As a counsellor, therapist or coach, integrating the Five Elements into your practice can unlock new dimensions of understanding for your clients. This is an experiential workshop with the accompanying theory information to give you confidence in both tools and theory as a practitioner. You’ll learn how the Water Element relates to specific traits, strengths, challenges and life phases. Discover and experience the techniques for helping clients to cultivate the positive attributes of each element while navigating the obstacles associated with elements that are out of balance.
Gain a working knowledge of the Water Element archetypes and how to apply them in your sessions. This introduction will expand your toolkit and allow you to bring an enriching holistic perspective to your client’s work.

This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.
ZOOM
This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.
