Date and time

About this event

Presence in the Silent Present Workshop with Jonny Drury

An invitation to explore and experience the healing power of silence and presence together.

Jonathan Drury shares his unique journey of deep spiritual enquiry, blending perspectives from wisdom traditions such as Sufism and Advaita, powerful communication methods, and his own experiences living in nature.

Together we will dive into the transformative power of silence as an active force that facilitates self-discovery, creativity and healing.

In silence we return home to our true nature, finding a solid foundation in our essence, as pure Being. Here we recognise and dwell in our unconditioned essence – the original, divine ground of consciousness. Through this abiding awareness, we come to embody the fullness of all we are – both human and divine.

Experience the significance of silence and utterances in a group dialogue with no agenda, learn how silence can be a gateway to inner stillness, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to others.

Be guided through reflections, visualisations, and exercises to connect with your inner landscape, and perceive coherence at the intersections of silence, sound and being.

This workshop introduces regular silent sittings to be offered.
