Moral Injury is a Leadership Issue Workshop with Delroy Hall

This session will explore the impact of moral injury as a leadership issue though the person experiencing moral injury is not an official leader but those in authority as vehemently argues by psychiatrist Jonathan Shay, who first coined the term moral injury.

Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event

  • How those in position of authority may be more courageous in protecting those they are called to serve.
  • It is incumbent on leaders to create psychological safety in the work place.
  • Delegates will learn principals of psychological safety to create a safer work space where employees will want to give of their best.

Who is This Workshop Appropriate For?

  • Counsellors/therapists. Anyone in a position of authority whether paid or unpaid. Corporate, public, statutory or third sector.

  • This workshop will help people in positions of authority more effective in their call to leadership

RECORDING 

This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

ZOOM 

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.
