About this event
Thank you for your interest in attending our online awareness briefing.
Participants in this session can expect to locate sexual violence as a form of violence against women and girls, and examine some of the myths and misconceptions that exist in our society surrounding sexual violence. We will introduce key principles for responding to disclosures of sexual violence within a model of empowerment, and discuss specialist support services for survivors of sexual violence. We will also put aside some time for questions, and would love to hear more from the Online Events community about what further sessions they’d like to see from us at Rape Crisis South London.
