About this event
This comprehensive series of workshops offers diverse creative exercises designed to stimulate imagination, encourage self-reflection, and support personal and professional creative development.
This series will build on the creative workshops we ran last year and will include a mix of creative art journaling, journal therapy, creative writing, poetry, and creative prompts.
