Lee White

Lee White is a qualified Forest Therapy Guide and Integrative Counsellor, specialising in helping people heal from trauma and move through psychological distress using nature and creativity. He discovered the power of nature connection whilst counselling people with complex mental health issues in London. He began to use London’s green spaces as his therapy room and discovered that clients were often more able to engage in the process when in nature. This prompted Lee to do further training around working with nature as a therapeutic intervention. He has continued to facilitate therapy in London’s green spaces for individuals and groups. He also facilitates trauma informed supervision and training for mental health professionals.
