About this event

Flow: How to Access a Flow State Workshop with Eleanor O’Rourke

Flow is an optimum state of being – one in which life seems to magically support us in whatever we’re doing.

It is associated with serendipitous events, synchronicities, genius creativity, and an abundant supply of energy. This energy comes from a renewable source, rather than the adrenaline we’re familiar with, so it doesn’t drain us.

We used to think that a state of Flow was “bestowed upon us” like a state of Grace, but there is a science to Flow, meaning we can learn to create the circumstances in which it is likely to occur.

Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event

  • An understanding of Flow states and how to create them.
  • An understanding of archetypal dynamics, unconscious patterns and belief systems that stop us from attaining Flow.
  • Developing tools to allow us to spend more time in Flow and less time in resistance to Flow.

Who is This Workshop Appropriate For?

  • Therapists and anyone interested in exploring their own archetypal dynamics

How May This Workshop Impact Your Practice?

  • An increased ability to hold space for others and provide insights for them in doing their shadow work.
