Start the new year with clarity and intention by discovering your own “Word of the Year” through this introspective and experiential workshop. A Word of the Year is a powerful focusing tool that can help align your values, goals and practices for the months ahead.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through reflective exercises and prompts to explore what matters most to you right now and identify a singular word that captures your purpose and vision going forward for your professional practice for the next year.
This hands-on experience will teach you practices for connecting with your Word and integrating it into your daily awareness as a therapist, coach, counsellor or practitioner. You’ll learn techniques for sharing this framework with your clients to help them anchor their year ahead as well.
Leave with your empowering 2025 Word of the Year, along with journaling tools, meditation practices and creative ideas to fully embody and express that guiding principle over the next 12 months. Start the year grounded, focused and inspired!

RECORDING
This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

The self-select fee is a radical inclusion policy to open learning for all colleagues. The guide price for this event is £20.00, however, we appreciate that income varies greatly in different locations and circumstances.
