About this event
What is body wisdom?
And how can accessing body wisdom help clients to heal and grow?
In this introductory workshop, you‘ll learn how to use breathwork to help your clients connect to the truth they carry in their own bodies, so they can open up to deeper levels of embodied wisdom, growth and insight.
The breath is a powerful tool you can use to help your clients to resolve trauma, get more present and connect to themselves more deeply, creating a space of deep listening for new possibilities to emerge.
Through working with the breath, you can also develop your own intuitive capacity and ability to held space for your clients.
This is an experiential workshop where you will learn a breath process that you can take away and practice for both yourself and your clients.
You’ll learn how to use the breath to help your clients:
– Connect to deeper levels of presence
– Access the wisdom of their own body
– Resolve trauma through breath and body awareness
– Awaken their own intuitive capacity by listening to their body
– Become empowered to facilitate their own healing
– Feel more connected to who they are
This workshop is experiential in nature and you will have the opportunity to experience the breath practice for yourself with a 20-30 minute guided session. For the session please have somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, with cushions/pillows and a blanket so you can really allow yourself to relax and get the most from the session.
