About this event
Scientific research says, that lack of sleep and irregular sleep patterns can be harmful to us both emotionally and physically. And yet, whether we sleep regularly or not some of us have very vivid dreams, while others feel they never remember their dreams at all. We all dream whether we remember or dreams or not.
Dreaming has been found to be beneficial to us. Theories say that dreaming allows us to process information, better understand our emotions, deal with everyday issues and even offer solutions to challenges we are facing. So, remembering our dreams can be valuable.
