Andrew Cuerden

Andrew is an artistic soul-preneur, who has been dancing for 37 years of which 27 of those years has been as an international competitor, performer, teacher and judge. Reaching top 24 in the world competitive dance rankings and being a BBC Strictly Professional in 2005.

Andrew’s life has also been dedicated to exploring and practicing psycho-somatics, metaphysics as well as yoga, meditation. Since his own health crisis and healing journey he has dedicated himself to understanding the fundamental mechanics of life and begun to see the amazing correlations with dance.

Hence he has created his own therapeutic dance and life coaching modality called **Metaphysical Dance**. A unique and integrative way of exploring the energetics of life through the metaphor and practice of dance, in his case Ballroom & Latin dancing, as the primary vehicle. Where the fundamental principles of dance such as balance, timing, alignment, integration, leadership & followership are explored more intimately and related to life. Hence t’s an opportunity to find the freedom of expression and flow within the safety of structured patterns and rhythms. Enabling everyone to dance with life more harmoniously.
