This workshop is aimed at qualified and trainee counsellors and therapists who would like to define just who they are as a practitioner, beyond simply their modality and working style. Using aspects of the BACP Ethical Framework to shape our thinking and discussion we will work reflectively both in groups and individually, to identify and articulate what makes us unique as practitioners. We will look at our values, principles and personal moral qualities through the lens of a series of thought provoking questions and reflections. There will be time to practice putting thoughts down on paper and share in small groups to help you hone the way you communicate who you are as a practitioner to others.
