Presenter

Daniela Terrile

Daniela is a senior coach and consultant with experience of working at operational and strategic services within a variety of settings. An accredited EMCC senior practitioner, trainer of systemic constellation, Registered Well-being First Aid (mental health) and a member of the IIM Arizona where she is finalizing her Ph.D. in transpersonal consulting.

Daniela completed his coaching and NLP trainings in USA and London; she has been professor for the Strategic Design Master at PoliDesign Milano, since 2012. At PoliDesign, she developed her expertise in systemic consulting and strategic organizational mapping.

She offers coaching with a research approach and she promotes a reflective supervision in a wide range of professional and voluntary settings. Daniela has held several key positions since 2000 when she joined the EU, recently strategically leading on systemic and transpersonal development at DG HOME and EU.

Alongside this, Daniela has a keen consideration in working dynamically with intercultural and equality issues.

Daniela sees supervision as a vital component in the Four Directions in human systems and is a champion of reflective based practice.
