Adil is Mindset and Wellbeing Coach and primarily focuses on helping men understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy masculinity. After having spent 10 years working with the British Government, Adil turned his attention to addressing the growing problem of men not addressing the state of their mental health.
Dr. Panagiotis Karagiannis studies psychology at the university of Central Lancashire (ICPS) and then continued his studies and completed the Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology in City, University of London as well as the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. Dr. Karagiannis is also an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist.
Dr. Karagiannis has worked in various NHS clinics. He has volunteered to work in Talk Wandsworth IAPT Services as well as the National Problem Gambling Clinic. He is also registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and he holds his private practice both in London as well as in Greece. Dr. Karagiannis is the Clinical Director of mysupportroom.com.
His goal is to provide a safe and functional environment to his clients which allows for them to discover their difficulties as well as facilitate the change they want in their lives. Through various evidence based psychological methods he tries to equip his clients with the necessary skillset to resolve their personal internal conflicts as well as cope with various life experiences. Dr. Karagiannis specialises in helping individuals managing their anxiety and depression, cope with their chronic or psychosomatic disease as well as achieve abstinence from gambling.
Nadja is a psychologist, an Accredited BACP Counsellor and a Professional ACTO member. She trained in France and the UK, and is currently runs her private practice from her home country, Serbia. As an expat, her knowledge of foreign languages has shaped her work as a counsellor within multicultural settings.
She is also a psychologist for Eutelmed (International healthcare provider, based in France) and Reverie (Institute for Mental Health, based in Serbia).
