Karolina Ehretsmann is an executive coach, facilitator & training consultant dedicated to helping individuals thrive in their professional roles. Currently based in Paris, France, Karolina accompanies individuals and groups in developing their potential and autonomy by facilitating awareness of self/others, shifting perceptions and enhancing intercultural sensitivity. She has over 20 years experience working in and with organisations and brings a broad international experience to her practice through her multicultural origins (French/Icelandic, British upbringing) and over 11 years of expatriation. She also has over 6 years of Organisational and Educational Transactional Analysis training focused on a systemic and relational perspective.
Sabine-Inken Schmidt is PTSTA-O, living in Dusseldorf in Germany. She works full-time as European HR Director and is passionate about people in organisations. She has a diploma in Knowledge Management and has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Additionally to her TA Background, she is qualified psychological consultant and Acceptance Commitment Therapist.
