We are all just a mass of chemicals – either they are working together as they should in our body and we get ‘flow’, or they are creating inflammation and with this we get ‘dis-ease’.
Energy and flow are dictated by the food we eat, how we breathe, how we sleep and how we exercise. But they are also a result of how we manage our emotions and the ‘reactions’ or ‘ purposeful.

Carey has over 25 years’ experience in the field of health, fitness, and wellbeing with a background in HR. She is an accomplished speaker and works as an Organisation and 1-1 Wellbeing Coach and Motivational Expert with businesses and individuals to empower people to take their lives forwards in the direction they most desire. Through building a healthier relationship with food, repairing the gut or bringing creativity, resilience, and courage into their lives to make changes for long-term wellness, physical, mental and emotional agility.
Carey is a published author and appears regularly on BBC radio giving wellbeing advice.
William is a leadership, mindset and transformation coach who supports Creatives, Leaders, CEO’s, Managers, Entrepreneurs, TV Professionals and Sports Elite to live their best lives. After a near tragic accident in 1999, he decided to follow a different career path to the corporate world and trained with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as a coach.
Fascinated by the transpersonal aspect of personal development, together with his wife, Jayne, they launched TLC-Transformational Leadership Coaching, with the intention of helping clients to unleash their full, creative potential. In 2022, and with the support of wellbeing expert, Carey Davis-Munro, they launched, Be Well & Thrive, a coaching company that shares many of the evidence-based coaching techniques needed for today’s busy and complex world.
