As coaches one of the things we always own with our clients is that ‘life is hard!’. To expect it to be otherwise is going to yield surprises.
However, we believe in setting our clients up for success in their journey with us on life changes, inner work, self awareness, relationship, career challenges and more, by building an iron clad scaffolding or ‘Daily Practice’ with habits to anchor us to the present, incorporate evidenced wellbeing and longevity behaviours and ensure that we are totally in control of our mind and physiology.
Different for each client, this will look like a smorgasbord of things that feed our energy, body, mind and soul.
We take you through the how, the why and building habits that last.
Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event
- To understand and help establish a daily practice through which clients can anchor themselves and gain control and discipline in their lives
- To understand what consistency and discipline can give clients with a healthy habit scaffolding
- To learn the key anchors evidenced to support clients in their health and wellbeing and incorporate them into their lives to move forward and give stability
How May This Workshop Impact Your Practice?
- Clients are often lost and need something to cling to when we first begin work with them to establish some sense of control and stability. When we are able to bring them back into their inner circle of control, we open the way for other deeper work on self awareness, healing, and more. It can help to establish a platform or foundation to grow from.
