This practical and lively session will give you three new creative tools for looking at and working with your clients on confidence. We will also share ideas on working with confidence, how our own confidence affects our clients, and how it shows up very differently in different areas of our lives.

Lucy Hare PCC is a qualified coach, coach supervisor, and coach trainer who works with some of the UK’s top training institutions. She runs leadership coaching and group programmes, alongside 1:1 coaching with performers and entrepreneurs. Lucy has also been a professional musician for over 30 years. Alongside her coaching she currently works as a double bass player, performing regularly with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and has backed artists like Stevie Wonder, Grace Jones, Tom Jones and Gary Barlow. Her background as a performer gives her coaching a strong creative focus.
Sharon is a contractual CTA who trained at The Berne Institute She has a private practice in the East Midlands and volunteers in the hospice sector. She is passionate about working with clients who are end of life and increasing conversations about death, dying and terminal or life limiting illness amongst therapists.
Sharon believes that physis and death are not mutually exclusive. Growth and change can and does happen right up until the last moments of a persons life.
Previously Sharon worked for 18 years in the NHS. From working in hospital wards and clinics as an assistant technical officer with the lung function team to more recently as an assistant practice manager of a GP surgery.
