MEMBERSHIP FAQs

You will have access to Onlinevents’ entire CPD Library, which includes workshops, conferences, interviews and book launches. Resources provided by presenters are also available in your membership. For all learning you complete you will receive a CPD certificate straight to your account. New content is added weekly, you will have access to everything we add to the library.
Certainly. You can cancel your membership at any time by accessing your Account within the CPD library while logged in. Upon cancellation, your subsequent monthly or annual payments will cease. Should you decide to reinstate your membership at a later time, you may do so without difficulty.
Indeed, a Continued Professional Development Certificate will be issued and stored within your account upon the completion of any learning within the library. These certificates are readily accessible for printing should you require them for reference purposes.
Your access to the full membership library remains uninterrupted as long as your membership remains active.

Yes, we offer 50% off our Annual membership for students. Please email help@onlinevents.co.uk for your student discount code. This will give you 50% off your first year with your membership and if you are a student in the following years we will discount your annual membership as long as you are a student.

All the content is viewed within the membership library on this website. You cannot download to watch offline.

ONE-OFF LEARNING PURCHASE FAQs

To access your purchased workshop, simply log into the Onlinevents CPD Library using the “Log in” link in the main menu. From there, navigate to your dashboard where you’ll find the workshop you’ve purchased. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support team at help@onlinevents.co.uk

You will enjoy unlimited access to the purchased learning content, allowing you to watch and revisit it at your convenience.

LOGIN & ACCOUNT TROUBLESHOOTING

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Log in” link in the main menu.
  • Then, click on the “Lost your password?” link.
  • An email will be sent to the address you registered with, containing a link to reset your password.

You can easily update your personal details by logging into the CPD Library and selecting “My Account” from your profile dropdown located at the top right corner of the library.

Yes, our live events require a self-select fee for access, allowing us to facilitate the live event and provide support to the presenter delivering real-time content. However, as a library member, you will have unlimited access to rewatch the learning at your convenience, even if you attended the event live.
Yes, we record all our live events for your convenience. These recordings are typically uploaded to the CPD library within a week of the live event. You have the option to purchase the live event recording as a one-off purchase. Alternatively, if you subscribe to Onlinevents CPD Library, you will automatically gain access to all live event recordings as soon as they are uploaded.
