RAIN Reflective Meditation Group – Miriam Christie

Date and time

March 19 @ 13:00 - 14:00

About this event

RAIN Reflective Meditation Group Workshop with Miriam Christie

You’re warmly invited to join a guided meditative reflection session with psychotherapist Miriam Christie.

These sessions are intended to be regular drop-in groups and each session will follow the practice of RAIN: Recognise – Allow – Investigate (intuit) – Nurture, with guidance to prompt mind and body self-discovery and healing.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, if they would like to, and to explore them further with the support of the group. Contributing is always welcome, but never expected. The session is for you, and you are always welcome to participate without any obligation to speak.

RAIN is a mind and body reflective, meditative practice, most commonly associated with the work of psychologist and spiritual teacher Tara Brach. You can find further information and resources for the practice at her website tarabrach.com
