Ali Donat

Ali Donat is an integrated psychotherapist. Ali carries out work for the NHS and his own private practice alongside his work at Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre, where he works with his clients from a psychodynamic orientation with an intercultural focus. Ali is Turkish, which allows him to work with clients in both Turkish and English. He holds an MA and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University. Ali is an accredited member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). In addition to his clinical work in psychotherapy, Ali is a qualified executive coach who practices leadership and executive coaching in private practice. Ali is also a qualified lawyer who practised law prior to his psychotherapy career in different settings.

Baffour Ababio

Baffour Ababio grew up in Ghana. He is a psychoanalytic intercultural psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in private practice and at Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre. Baffour completed his training at University College London and is now a member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy under the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis College) and the BAPPS (British Association for Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervision). Alongside his clinical role, Baffour developed a career in managing mental health services, integrating a community-based response to support recovery from a broad range of mental health problems. With Roland Littlewood, he has co-edited a volume on intercultural psychotherapy entitled Intercultural Therapy: Challenges, Insights and Developments (2019).
