The Silent Wounds of Leadership: Moral Injury Among Decision-Makers – Delroy Hall

Leadership often demands difficult decisions which can lead to ethical dilemmas, unintended harm, or regret. This paper explores how leaders in various contexts—faith-based, corporate, military, and civic—experience moral injury. It will consider:

Moral Injury, Whistleblowing, and NDAs – Judith Hogarth

This presentation explores the ethical and emotional toll of whistleblowing and the constraints of non-disclosure agreements. It explores how these dynamics contribute to moral injury, silencing truths, and hindering personal and collective healing. Discover pathways to navigate this challenging terrain and reclaim integrity.

Judith Hogarth, Solicitor

Jude has been in practice as an Employment Solicitor since 1996 and has been working as a mediator, trainer, facilitator and coach for more than 15 years. Her specialist fields are workplace conflict resolution, industrial and employee relations, independent investigations, coaching and wellbeing/resilience projects. Jude has a particular interest in workplace culture and ethics.

Moral Injury and the Longing for Intimacy: Where Do We Begin? – Anna Linde

This presentation examines how moral injury disrupts our ability to form deep, meaningful connections with other people. It will briefly explore the intersection of ethical wounds and emotional vulnerability and suggest strategies for rebuilding trust and intimacy in the wake of inner conflict.

Anna Linde

Anna Linde is a Sexual Health Specialist with a background in counselling, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dance and Movement Therapy.

In addition to her MSc in Sexology, she is also studying Somatic Sexology, which gives her a unique approach to working in a trauma-informed way with various sexual health and mental health challenges. Anna serves the community through consulting, lectures, and one-to-one coaching.

Anna has a strong passion for supporting the foster care and adoptee community due to her background as an adoptee from Brazil, raised in Sweden.
