There are many different part works theories making their way into the mainstream and are transforming clients relationship to self and how they are in relationships.
Workshop Details
This workshop will teach the skills and technique from Hal and Sidra Stone’s Psychology of Selves model which is derived from Jungian Psychology. At it’s core, all parts are welcome and when a part can fully experience and express itself through dialogue then it no longer needs to try to get your attention, often through destructive self talk or negative patterns.
Jung believed that the shadow carries a gift and through the work of voice dialogue you’ll get to hear the purpose and aim behind often destructive behaviour. Understanding can then be reached and the part can more easily integrate into the Self for a more wholesome way of being in the world.
This workshop will include a live demo of voice dialogue in action! You learn the attitude and skills to safely dialogue with your clients parts.
