It’s typical for clients to work through processing their trauma and developing new attachment patterns but still find that familiar challenges continue to dysregulate, with aspects of the nervous system feeling like an obstacle to greater things.

Workshop Details

Cognitively they understand that their trauma is in their past; that it isn’t happening now; that there is nothing to be overly worried about; and somatically, they have learnt new ways to resource themselves, but they still find that they experience anxiety & fear or slumps of depression. They might find that they are still shying away from certain triggers.

In this workshop you’ll gain a deeper understanding into the fixed patterns that the nervous system can take in trauma and how your client can release themselves from these learnt ways of being so they can harness the nervous system, utilising the bodies powerful energies whilst resting into the calm. Befriending the nervous system has never felt so good!
