Each session is divided into two parts to facilitate both theoretical understanding and practical application:
- First Hour – Theoretical Foundations:
During the first hour of each session, Windy Dryden will present the core theories, principles, and techniques of Single-Session Therapy. Participants will explore a range of topics, from the foundational mindset required for SST to practical approaches for maintaining session focus and utilizing client strengths. Each session builds on the last, offering participants a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver SST effectively across different contexts. - Second Hour – Live Demonstration and Interactive Experience:
The second hour offers a more interactive experience. Windy Dryden will conduct a live demonstration session with a volunteer, showcasing the practical application of the principles discussed earlier. This demonstration provides attendees with the opportunity to directly observe SST techniques in action, deepening their understanding and equipping them with practical strategies to apply SST in their practice.
