This workshop is interested in how we each put the principle into practice as helping professionals and supervisors. We will be doing a piece of action research together.

I am an independent supervisor, teacher and group facilitator practicing a dynamic, playful, mindful kind of supervision. Working outside and on the move wherever we can, on screen this translates into less talking about and more embodied experiencing and experiment. The intention is to make a difference.
I am Sheila Ryan Fellow of the Society of Homeopaths and past teacher and examiner for the European Association of Supervisors and Coaches. (EASC) A member of ISN group ‘Camino de Santiago,’ author of ‘Vital Practice’ (2003) on dynamic supervision, a chapter on Mindful Supervision in ‘Passionate Supervision’ ( 2007) ‘Volta Voices’ stories from a Ghanaian clinic.(2016) and various journal articles dedicated to full heart, body and soul practice.
I run Sea Change Supervisions working with all kinds of helping professionals, groups and individuals and from around the world. I’m a dancer, Irish fiddle player and writer living in Dorset and Murcia. I look forward to meeting you.
